A Food Safety Plan is an essential part of a Food Safety Program. A Food Safety Plan is a set of documents that are designed to identify potential food safety hazards in a food business. A Food Safety Plan must be unique and tailored to an individual food business — even food businesses that are the same type will have different Food Safety Plans.
